Doug Burwell and his London team have recently joined Arcadia Corporate Merchandise Ltd. Arcadia welcomes new additions, Doug Burwell, Joanne Burwell & Rebecca Sharma formally of the CMC London office. Doug and his team have a wealth of experience and are well respected in the industry. The three new additions are an important part of Arcadia's expansion plans and long term strategy. The team are continuing to develop both client and supplier relationships that they have developed over previous years. Arcadia have also recently joined the bpma.

East Anglian based company Falcon Promotions recently held their annual Promotions Exhibition at Newmarket Rowley Mile Racecourse on Thursday 24th September. This was the 10th year of organising a Exhibition and it proved to be the most successful in orders and enquiries taken on the day. Over 140 people attended, Director and Organiser Paul Peachey commented that the quality of enquiries and visitors was first class. This was very pleasing and refreshing, taking into consideration the overall state of the economy and the effect this has had on the Promotional Industry.

Falcon were presented on the day, with an award for outstanding sales performance during the past 12 months by Senator Pens. The award was presented to Directors Les Wright and Paul Peachey by Senator Pens executive Tina Coghlan, pictured above. A delighted Les Wright said, "This award is in recognition for all the hard work and professionalism of our staff and reflects upon the loyalty of our customer base during these challenging times ".

UKL will be hosting its annual trade show on the 9th & 10th December in Swindon, Wiltshire. The event will take place at UKL's showroom with 42 exhibitors confirmed. The bpma will be present with Director General, Gordon Glenister sharing some great tips on generating more clothing business for decorators and gift houses.
